Very different from standard label Organic Peru.
This is a very light roast - which I generally don't even like, honestly. I fired up the machine and 30 minutes later pulled a few shots of espresso to dial the grinder in and (SURPRIZE!) it yielded the smoothest and most wonderful espresso I've ever had! The next day I made a latte for a frequent world-traveling friend and they said it was the best latte that they'd EVER tasted anywhere! No syrup, caramel or anything, just FairLife whole milk and espresso. Now I'm waiting to get through this bag to try the SECOND bag that I just ordered to see if it's amazing taste and smoothness is just a fluke or not. I'll keep you posted.
