Oyster mushroom review

Ordered the oyster mushrooms as a Christmas gift. It is now march, and the recipients have had two harvests, and are pleased with the results. From that standpoint, I would recommend this product.

Great option for beginners

Took about 2 weeks to start producing mushrooms. Just harvested the fourth batch of oyster mushrooms from this kit and couldn’t be happier. It sits on a table with 15-hour per day moderate indirect light and atop a tray of wet rocks for humidity. I spray it twice per day too. Curious whether there’s another harvest in it. Would definitely buy again.

Prolific

A little slower to start producing than the Shiitake, but once they got going I had enough oyster mushrooms for several recipes. Very pretty with an earthy yet delicate flavor. Will buy again.
