I discovered these at my local grocery store, then began ordering in bulk because I use them daily. The Lil' Squeezes are perfect for tossing in my bag, or in my pocket when working in the garden and hit the "oops I forgot to eat and I need energy NOW" point. I keep a Big Squeeze in my lunch box for work to knock down the late afternoon energy dip. The combo of nut butters and a little bit of coffee works wonders for a pick-me-up. These aren't the cheapest snacks, but they're convenient, healthy, and don't leave you with a sugar crash like other snacks. 10/10 recommend!
