Excellent marbled piece of meat. We slice this and grill it using the KC cattle company seasoning! Pairs excellently, with corn, zucchini and onion succotash on the grill as well.

The Wagyu Sirloin cap roast is the best piece of meat you will ever taste. So extra flavorful, super tender and juicy.. highly recommend.. I order an extra one every time, so I can have it on hand for when we have a dinner party.
