Satisfying light blockage! The fit around the ears could be more ergonomic, as now waering this above the ears bares down on them to heavily or across the ears slides off in sleeping. The warming pads go from too hot to cool too quckly, and are not comfortable to doze off in but for a couple of minutes it can be soothing.
