Disappointed

My juicer was clogging up when the large-hole strainer basket was used. I wanted pulp in my juice. I've had two other juicers like this before and this never happened. I requested a new juicer because I hadn't had it very long. I received the new juicer and this one also has the same problem with the large-hole basket. I'm disappointed in this. I've been dealing with this problem for months and still got a juicer that doesn't work when it's supposed to. I don't know what changed with your juicers but I'm not sure I'll buy another one like this. I might have to try another brand because this one has either a design flaw or something. I'm not happy with this but it's the only one I have and will just use it with the small-hole strainer basket. You shouldn't even advertise the large-hole option because it doesn't work. I've deal with Lisa at customer service and she's been extremely helpful, but she can't fix this problem because it's with the juicer itself.
