Completely melted...but Im hopeful

Unfortunately my crypt green gecko was completely melted in the bag. However the melty mush was bright green and the roots were intact and healthy. I planted it anyway and am hopeful it was just a case of crypt melt and the plant will bounce back.

How Green is My Valley!

Looks okay

Smaller than expected and very little root. With Crypts the leaves melt in order to convert from emersed growth to immersed growth, so having the roots broken off means there is less to regrow from plus the obvious that it doesn't stay put since you can't bury crypts below the rhizome. Otherwise it looks healthy, we'll see how good it is in a month or so.
