This pillow is very stable and comfortable to lay on. I wouldn't necessarily fall asleep on it for 8 hours, but it is nice to rest casually.

My daughter loves the pillow says she sleeps good.

NECK, HEAD, SHOULDER ALIGNMENT

Though I’m still making adjustments as to how I place the pillows, about my head and or neck, they prove to be extremely comfortable.
