Replaced part but still issues

Hello. A local technician came by and replaced the part, but shortly after his leaving, the fridge will fail to reach correct temperature. The fridge is set to 34 or 35 degrees, but the coldest it ever gets is 45 and it usually is around 50-55 degrees. Can a technician that you recommend come out to address our issue? We are moving into a busy period and we really need to have this problem resolved, as the issues began several months ago.
