Had a temperature drop issue around 5 years after use, fortunately bought 5 year extended warranty and was happy to find that Kings Bottle repaired without complaint. Will purchase again in the future

Very slow to actually ship the item I needed for a wine refrigerator.

Ordering parts from Kingsbottle was agonizing. The order placed took extremely long for the warehouse to actually package it and ship it. A week or 2 before it even shipped out. Very frustrating as the wine refrigerator was not working all this time.

I needed a part that no one would have locally. I called the 1-800 number and they mailed it out that day. Amazing customer service! That you usually don’t get any more these days.
