Fifty Star Customer Service/Fifty Star Quality
After numerous site searching, reading negative reviews, being tossed out, not having color combo I wanted, extra hidden fees, high shipping, not delivery for over month, pics not enlarging and on and on. I FOUND this Rocking Furniture in Seymour, CT, not far from my home (local). I looked at site and everything worked!!! Colors changed, I wasn't tossed off AND co-owner picked up phone when I called. A local voice, not customer service getting back to me, not knowing, not available, etc. A real, knowledgeable owner, small company WHO HELPED ME. I wanted captain chairs instead of regular which came with set. I was promised a call back in five minutes AND presto, my phone rang with YES Luxcraft could switch chairs, my color was available, no shipping fee, no extra $150 for lift truck delivery. My delivery was a few weeks later.
I am thrilled, shop with little companies. I love my patio set. My hubby assembled with a power screw gun. It took all day with lining up holes. He made a few mistakes but was able to back out screw. A handyman can assemble but have to understand diagrams. Quality is unbelievable. My mom bought a swing last year and did excellent through Northeast winter. It's stunning with over top quality.
