Counter Height Bistro Tete-a-tete With Cupholders

Well was short hardware and two legs. I was sent all eight legs but two of them were drilled wrong should have had four holes and only had three holes.after telling them this they sent correct legs and hardware. When putting together arm rest bolts were too short so had to go to ace hardware and purchase 20 longer screws because they didn’t drill pilot holes underneath armrest so screws would counter sink and be long enough. Product is is good heavy material but there quality control leaves a lot to be desired!!!

I received the item with missing parts. After four hours of putting it together and calling/emailing to get the missing parts we were left with a total hassle trying to either get refunded or delivered the missing parts. Instead of shipping overnight they wanted to ship next week. This doesn't work when promised delivery (for an event), missing parts, and no option to receive them in time. We even showed how they could ship overnight but didn't happen. When O disassembled, brought to a shipping center (total hassle), I thought I would be funded immediately. But no, they had to confirm the missing parts. ??? Seriously. Never again

Really like my chairs from DuraWeather. They’re solidly built and comfortable. I think the first one took twice as long to assemble as the second. Luckily, the pre-drilled holes lined up, which always makes assembling easier.
