Lack of transparency in term of the payment

I was shocked when i paid custom charges The delivery guy came to deliver my parcel and asked me for the payment so i told him that i already paid for this but he asked me for the custom charges then i got to know that custom charges also receiver have to pay so the charges is just half of the item cost price I didn’t have a choice so i paid that as well
