Nuts didn't fit

The nuts for my M10 bolts did not fit. They were the wrong thread pitch. I made a simple phone call to let usboltkits aware of my situation. They sent out the correct nuts for the bolts no questions asked. Simple mistake that corrected quickly. I will buy more hardware and refills in the future.
