EZ-VEST Pro - first impressions

I received my EZ-VEST Pro about two weeks ago and have completed 6 workouts with it so far, including HIIT-style training sessions. My first workout was a full hour long, and I was impressed right away. The vest is very comfortable to wear, with good padding that helps distribute the weight evenly without creating pressure points. Compared to my previous weighted vest that used sand-filled weights, the EZ-VEST Pro allows much greater freedom of movement. It feels less bulky and stays close to the body, making dynamic exercises much more comfortable. One thing I noticed immediately was how much easier it is to move naturally. With my old vest, certain movements felt restricted, but with the EZ-VEST Pro I can perform exercises that require flexibility and mobility, including front flips, without feeling limited by the vest. Customer support has also been quick and responsive, which is always appreciated. So far, I am very happy with the purchase and look forward to putting many more training hours on it.

Excellent calisthenics upgrade

I have the Pro, which has been pivotal in unlocking weighted exercises of all kinds including pull-ups, dips, and push-ups in a single device. Putting and taking off weight is super easy with the screw being both easy to remove and put on while also feeling secure. If I had a regret, I would probably have gotten the Max instead of the Pro. It's not for the weight limit, but that the velcro construction of the Pro can be a little annoying at times: The straps are just long enough, so they can be caught a little when trying to put on a loaded vest. The velcro strips are also just as wide on the hook as they are on the loop side, meaning you need very precise strapping to not hook onto your clothes. This normally isn't that bad, but with higher weights I need to take off the vest between sets to not feel overwhelmed so there are many more cycles of on/off.

So good. Quick release side straps are helpful. It is worth buying the accessories like extra padding, and suspension kit. Im very happy with getting the MAX version.
