Hello everyone, I order this rose and was unfortunately sent the wrong one upon delivery. The customer service I experienced that was to follow from that was extraordinary. First they were open on a Saturday, I called in left a voicemail explains my situation. Not even 3 minutes passed and I had a email seeking to help me through it. The professionalism and time to react was next level. They conformed I had the wrong one and offered to replace it immediately. Quick quick quick. I can’t brag enough on how they took the problem and fixed it ASAP.
