Backfire R3 Wireless Remote with OLED Display

Works great for the board I have. The Ranger x3. That board model I have over 4000 miles on. I have replaced several upon several motors. I have an ok YouTube channel. I am really trying to make better content. But I’m 50 and doing everything alone. I’m not going to say biting off more than I can chew. But I’m not denying that either.

I have had my backfire longboard for over 3 years. My remote decided it didn’t want to work anymore so I got a new one and paired it up. I have had 0 issues and love being able to ride my longboard again!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've purchased the Backfire R3 Wireless Remote with OLED Display after losing my original remote. Both replacement remotes have failed in less than a month. After the first replacement stopped working, I contacted your support team and was informed that spare parts are not covered under warranty. Despite that, I purchased a second remote, and unfortunately, the exact same issue has occurred again. The remote has stopped charging, and it will no longer power on. Since this is the second replacement that has failed with the same problem in such a short period, I believe this may be a product quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and provide a suitable solution.
