Major Board ESC (Electronic Speed Controller）

ESC was dispatched to me under warranty as my remote was unable to connect to the board randomly one day right before a group ride. The tracking via the Shop app did not work, it kept linking to DHL but in the end it was Royal Mail who delivered it. I did email to get an update but no response - the only way I got a response was via Instagram chat. The replacement part works but it's an involved process to replace. My kit was missing two screws that differ from the original as the replacement posts that mount the PCB for the laser lights are a different size. Also, from factory the ESC has a bunch of tiger seal or equivalent which is not provided with the replacement and I was not aware in advance so didn't prepare any. The video is adequate to show the replacement procedure but should probably call out specific ordering when reconnecting power to avoid any big scary sparks. I was surprised at how well the grip tape stuck back down after needing to be peeled back to access screws. Long may this one last...
