Circle Monogram Name Stone

I absolutely love my stone. It's the 3rd one I have purchased and this time I ordered the larger one. Your company makes a great product and it withstands all types of weather, which is great for Michigan.

3.5 for communication and the smell. While the quality is great I will say I had some issues with the promised shipping time. Website says all orders will ship out in 4 business days. My label was certainly created in that time frame, but it took 7 business days before it shipped and 10 before it arrived making it late. Wouldn’t have an issue with this if the business didn’t promise the timeframe. When I reached out about when the item would ship I never received any reply at all. However, the item did finally ship out the next day. I’ll address the smell. I’m not certain what the odor is, but it is very chemical. I had to place the item outside as soon as it was opened. To end things on a good note, the packaging was great and very protective. Not sure if I would order from them again considering the lack of communication.
