Great Travel Sweater

Totally agree with other reviews calling it the best sweater. I have three, plus one for my wife. It was essentially the only top I wore for three weeks in a cold, damp Ireland (is there any other kind?) in OCT/NOV 2023. Wore it over a merino wool t-shirt and under a Patagonia Torrentshell rain jacket in rain and/or high winds and was comfortable the entire time. It adapted readily to changes in temperature, weather and activity. Probably the ideal top for a range of conditions in cool weather travel. Pricey, but given you can replace several other tops with one, well worth the cost.

Wonderfully soft and warm and light. Thumb holes ensured wrists and back of hands didn't freeze. Too warm by day during summer trek in Ladakh, but came into its own at night. Highly recommended.

High quality garments. A bit spendy though.
