The shorts feel great, out my mind at ease knowing it’s pure cotton and merino wool, my only ask/complaint is that there’s a version with the string for tying in the outside of the shorts, that way with the shorts tied the knot doesn’t rub against my skin and feel uncomfortable

Almost perfect
Quality of the shorts are fantastic. The material is so mich lighter than the poly blends out there. I was skeptical of the wool liner, but I do like it. The ONLY downside is that they don't stay tight around the waist. I have to keep tying the string. Likely just due to the cotton string expanding and loosening. The poly blend shorts use some spandex and other blends that stick and stay tight when tied. Thats the only issue I have with them, but overall great. They aren't going to be your hybrid workout/swim shorts either, like some athletic shorts options.
