Awesome customer service

I wanted to share a great customer service experience with Ashley from their support team. The mesh guard on my Forte broke after only about two weeks of use, so I emailed customer service. Ashley responded within 24 hours, and after just one exchange with a picture of the issue, a brand new Forte blade was already in the mail free of charge.
