Single Replacement Earbuds for FREE

It was wonderful to be able to replace a single earbud

I was very happy when a customer pointed me to a page where I could order a single earbud to replace on that came apart (lost the outside cover). I was also very pleased that what I actually received was a complete set, including case and charging cord. This is one of the few companies that I've delt with that truly provides customer service.

Replacement ear bud

Had problems with it linking up with the other one. Followed directions from the instruction manual and still wouldn’t link. Contacted customer service received a reply from Caren and she was Great walked me through the process of linking them up. It’s the customer service that will keep me with your company. Great service Great product

Easy replacement

For some reason my right ear bud was not reliably charging. It wasn’t so bad that I would buy a new set, but with the ability to buy a single replacement, it was worth it. No problems setting up the new with the old.
