High quality
Great noise reduction. FM radio not so great in a steel building.

No response from customer service
When I recieved the air defender there were no batteries with it, even though quick start shows they should be in box. Reached out to email listed for customer service but no one has responded.

Pretty good
So little adjustment to the bridge metal of the bottom by the hinge got the unit to turn on, it was little too low.
In general good noise reduction, comfortable all day wear, not fallen off, great sign, most units i have had, have fallen off by now. I would have gone for the greater noise reduction unit if i had seen them, FM recption seem fair works better with antenna contacting the body, retain reasonable sound when noise is on going.
Ears arn't bent out of shape, with pressure, that i have experienced with work tunes, n with 3M product that did catch my ears nice to have a battery level on the display, for updated product
