04’ 4 Runner Front Bumper

I like the design and look of the Front Bumper. What I’m not happy with is the poor welding. Looks to be only a spot/tack weld. It rattles, so now I have to take to someone to weld properly to stop the rattling. As expensive as it was, I would think that it would be perfect w/ no issues. And all I needed to do was primer and paint. I tried to reach out with my concerns via email but I still have not received a reply. DISAPPOINTED!!

Everything fits fine except one of the support bracket that has a hole to hold a hose line and frame together on the passenger side don't fit. The hole that was on the bracket didn't line up with the one on the frame. Other than that, everything fitted fine. I have to drill a new hole to get the bolt to fit. The bumper looks nice though.
