Bourbon Barrel Spiced Rum

I soaked these oak chips in bourbon, then added them to a spiced rum recipe. The cheater bourbon barrel spiced rum turned out so well, that I had to hide it from my wife (at her request).

Great ingredients

As with all their ingredients the oak chips were a nice touch to the Rose wine I made. It imparted a nice but not overpowering secondary flavor to the wine
