Scratchy on the outside good on the inside

When I received the keg it was very blemished in the outside and I thought I received a used keg. The inside looked fine so I moved on. It had a chemically smell the first couple weeks. After about a dozen pbw washes the smell faded away. I have an herbal stout getting fizzed up as I write this and it’s my second batch. All good in da hood!
