Excellent in a Dunkelweizen
I used 1lb in a 5 gallon batch of Dunkelweizen to bring out the baked bread aroma and mild malt aroma required per the style guide. It can be used to replace some of all of the Dark Munich malt typically used in a Dunkelweizen.
