This was not the first time of making this kit and it always turns out good! We like to keep it on hand, especially in spring and summer.

Wifey loves the Chardonnay !

Had the equipment laying around waiting on my plums to ripen in late May. Bought this kits and it was easy peasy! 30 bottles of great wine for $110!

real good. real fast

Almost exactly 1 month from starting, i'm bottling today and the wine is great, clear and ready to drink. It's crisp and fruity, medium dryness. It's a little sweeter than you might expect for a dry chard, but it's a fruit sweetness on the finish. Highly recommend it and will make it again. I usually keg it for faster drinking!
