Off the Topper IIPA

Very good IPA, very happy. However, a lot of sediment and clogged up my 5 gallon soda keg pin lock fittings. I fermented for 2 weeks in primary and then in secondary fermenter and dry hopped without a bag but still settled for a week before kegging?
