Omega Yeast OYL-002 - American Wheat

made great tasting brew and was very active

used this yeast in a starter on my stir plate. make sure you have foam control drops! Very active buggers, got to work right way. When I pitched the "yeast bomb" to my American Wheat Ale I had bubbles in the airlock in 2 hours! Just kegged last night and put it in the keezer to chill and condition before carbonating it. Smells and tasted very clean on taste test.
