Old Cab

Service great just sampled aging in carboy now will bottle in 3-4 months. I believe it will be great after aging 1-2 years.

Still in carboy

All went well so far. Still in carboy. I plan to bottle in about a week and get a little taste. Will try to wait 1 year before actually drinking it. It would have been nice is a sack was included in the kit for the grape skins…. Had to go get one last minute.
