Tastes Great
The wine kit was easy to use enabling my first effort at wine making to result in a good tasting wine. As noted in the instructions, the Bentonite did not fully dissolve in the water. The starting SG was 1.068. In my initial attempt to rack the wine, I transferred some sediment. I let the wine settle for another day and racked the wine again on day 17.
The wine was not perfectly clear but I was anxious to complete the process so I bottled the product. Due to my sampling during the process, I only produced 4.5 bottles of wine. The half bottle was consumed the following day.
The wine tastes great but my batch presents with a slight cloudiness.

Beer/Wine Hybrid
I added this wine kit concentrate to a 5 gallon batch of Saison as a way to boost the gravity and add some complexity. Had just about 5 gallons of 1.055 wort in the fermenter before adding the must which brought it up to about 5.25 gallons and raised the gravity to 1.064. Fermented with Imperial Rustic and finished at a crisp 1.003. It's been in the keg a few weeks now and is quite delicious! The Moscato complements the yeast character and Nelson Sauvin hops used in the boil quite nicely!

Delicious and easy to make.
Iāve had a lot of compliments with my small batches, now Iām about ready for five gallon batches.
