Dry Irish Stout All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Not designed for a 5-gallon yield

The recipe is okay, but let's be realistic, this kit provides a 5-gallon gross. By the time you separate the trub from your wort, the yield is under 4 gallons. The taste of the beer is okay, but I doubt that it is better than the leading dry stouts on the market. I gave it one more star than it deserved, as it was on sale.
