The front of this dispenser folds down to refill the paper towels, but the locking mechanism is so loose, the front is very mobile and wobbly. The small part that’s bent that the latch catches on is barely bent and is t bent enough, you need to complete the bend. Also, these arrived looking used already since Total Restroom packaged them so poorly for shipping.
