The initial ceiling tiles we received (two boxes of six tiles) were damaged. We contacted Marisol and provided pictures documenting the damage. Within a few days we received brand new ceiling tiles that were in good condition. Marisol could not have been more helpful both with respect to the original order and the follow up. While we would have preferred that the original ceiling tiles were acceptable, we were very pleased with our interactions with Marisol and would recommend Kanopi to our friends based on our overall experience.

Very disappointed

The tile was inconsistent to say the least. I have bought and used this tile in the past without issues but this order was not as expected. The paint job on the tile was very poor and the reveals/raised edges had cracks in the finish. multiple boxes had damaged tile within the case (mostly cracked and the bottom tile or two).
