Great alternative to chair mats
Much better looking and feeling than a clear chair mat. I also stand at my desk and this is softer on my legs.

Sturdy construction. Feels nice to roll my chair on
The mat is heavy and solid. It feels nice to roll my chair over. I wont go back to a cheap plastic mat
