Mifroma Raclette Cheese

We love this cheese. We melt it in cast iron pans and let it ooze over roasted potatoes or bagettes. This truly is the tastiest, meltiest cheese we've ever had.

Mifroma Raclette review

The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because in order to take advantage of the August1 discount, I ordered the cheese. It was shipped immediately in the middle of a heat wave...(my bad.) When it arrived the cheese was soft, but when refrigerated returned to its normal consistancy and quality. I learned not to order in the middle of summer and expect normal conditions.
