Seasoned twice, made smash burgers. Whole family loved em. Did bacon, hash browns, pancakes and eggs next night. Then steak fajitas. The only complaint I have is I bought a glass top stove so couldn't get the pro series. A really great product.

Top notch quality, and easy to cook a lot in one space with little effort. Ya gotta get used to what heat settings are right for your particular oven top with this griddle, but that is known pretty quickly during your first cook. Everything was exceptional. The only thing I could suggest (and I understand this may be difficult or even impossible to do), is for a larger drip tray. Maybe just don't cook 2 pounds of bacon before cooking anything else! (you'll have to have more than the grease tray for that). I learned. Great product! Highly recommend. American made!

Very worth getting the kit with the cutting board cover. It would be very hard to keep the flat top clean and dust free if kept on the stove and too much hassle to take it on and off the stove frequently. The cover board fixes this and also provides extra "counter space'. I love the wide cooking area and how fast it heats up. I paid for seasoning which I recommend. But, I'm a little disappointed at how difficult I find it is to control the heat and to keep a good nonstick surface. It's me. I'm the problem, not the product. I've just never been good with cast iron and I'm having similar issues with this cooktop. Also, I have to use the risers because I have a glass top stove. The griddle slides around as I cook and pushes the grease tray too close to one of the burners. . . Not safe. The work around is just practice. Overall, I don't love it as much as I thought I would, but I don't regret purchasing it, use it almost daily, prefer the cleanup vs washing pans, and will definitely get my money's worth. I recommend this product.
