It’s alright but not great

I’ve waited a while to write this review, I have done a previous superduty 4-8” upgrade. It was flawless parts were actual ford parts came with a little obd2 programmer thing that did everything for you and great customer service. I thought I was using the same company and did not realize it was a different company. Installed the radio that part went ok brackets are not the same as real ford brackets and took a little work to fit in there. However the dash bezel would never fully seat on one side. I could deal with that but then after spending a while trying to adjust programming due to my Bluetooth not working at all I got it. Well I got it out of the driver door speaker that’s it phone calls and music one speaker like an antique car. Customer service responds they need remote access through my laptop to check some things. We went back and fourth and because I’m guessing the time difference from here to wherever they can only do it in small windows early or late. I finally gave up and used my AirPods for music and phone calls 1600 dollars to have to use AirPods. Less than a year later I gave up and just traded my truck in and got another one. I just can not truly recommend this company over the other one I used “ infotainment” they have local people to help with any issues you have and are roughly the same price.

Great Product!

I was a little concerned about how easy it seemed, but it WORKS! One thing to keep in mind, you might receive several individual packages on different days. I received the first package, but it was only the display, some cables, and accessories. A few days later, I received the USB. A few days after that, I received the bezel. I was not aware that would be the case, so I thought I was shorted some items. Other than that, installation was a breeze and works perfect!

Best upgrade yet. Worth the investment

I have a fleet of vehicles and so far this is the 4 the radio I installed. The first one was as easy as the 4th. I had a question on my second install and customer service responded almost immediately. I guess the only thing I could ask for is a discount from purchasing so many. But other than that I have no complaints.
