2013 2014 2015 2016 FORD FUSION/MENDEO SYNC 3 UPGRADE FOR MYFORD TOUCH SYNC2

Just what we needed.

My daughter wanted Apple Car Play added to her Ford Fusion 2016, I purchased this upgrade kit to go from sync 2 to sync 3. I installed it today (45 min) and am very happy with the outcome, it works perfectly. Only additional comment, if you plan to install on your own, search for videos on YouTube, as the product you receive has no manual and the online installation pdf is hard to follow.

Super super easy install, i’ve never done anything like this and it took me a grand total of 20 minutes to do. everything is plug and play, and there’s no need to program anything! I would totally recommend this if you’re sick of the slow MyFord Touch system.

I'm still "learning" my new SYNC 3 set-up, but definitely do not regret upgrading. The installation went perfectly and the shop that did the work, was very impressed with the new system. I was informed that it was a top-notch package. What they estimated was going to be a 2 hour job, was done in 40 minutes, basically plug and play installation. My only issue (which really isn't an "issue"!) is that my Android Auto app only works when connected by USB. I realize the reason for that small glitch is a result of the age of my vehicle ( 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium) and therefore it is not set-up for that wireless technology. Overall, I am very happy with my new system. I appreciate the swift arrival of my upgrade and would recommend this vendor. I cannot speak to customer service because it wasn't necessary to reach out for assistance. The price point beat out others I researched by almost one half! Thank you for your fine service and excellent product.
