After having a failure with another company and had to return something similar. This company was able to not only give me a product that was almost a plug and play set up, but I have not experienced any problems as of yet. 2015 Escape Sync 2 removal and Sync 3 Install

After watching a Youtube video several times the removal and install was pretty easy and the install was pretty much plug and play. The Sync 3 is clearly much better than Sync 2. The failure of the Sync 2 prompted my upgrade. I'm very pleased thus far with the Sync 3 unit.

2013 Ford Escape Upgrade to SYNC 3

The installation was easy(view several UTube Vids before you start). WiFi dongle needed a software update to connect-quick and easy. Steering wheel paddles needed a quick APIN module change through OBD tool Forescan(free program) and Teamviewer(freeprogram). Connected with chat tech support sent the requested session Teamviewer ID and PW then connected OBD to car and laptop sat and watched the tech fix the error. Less than 10 min. and a stop and restart the car and the tech had it all working. Quick, painless, easy.
