I can’t state enough how blown away I was by the shipping process of my Chelsea boots! I ordered them at 4:30am (est) on Friday and they arrived Monday evening. Incredible shipping from England to Philadelphia. The packaging was beautiful as always. I didn’t love the design of the shoes, but even the return process was incredibly painless and smooth.
