I have always had a difficult time taking vitamins as they tend to upset my stomach. A nutritionist I was working with suggested I try Ambaya Gold liquid vitamins, so I did and I have been using them ever since! I mix them into a healthy smoothie every morning and I have had no issues. I feel great, and am so happy I found something that works for me. I would highly recommend this brand.

I love this product so much. I add it to my morning water, minerals, and herb drink. My only problem is when I went to order more it was sold out! And sometimes it takes a while to get here. Otherwise it’s one of my favorite products.
