We got our order in a very timely manner even though I had entered some information incorrectly. The staff were very kind and helpful in correcting that. We got the ring and it was not the correct setting. So we sent it back and it was fixed in a few weeks. No issues any their part in correcting the setting. I’m still giving them a 5 star review because they were very accommodating and helpful, will definitely buy jewelry from them in the future if their level of customer service stays the same.
