Makes delicious Maple Brown Sugar Cookies

I was not impressed with the maple brown sugar oatmeal because it had very little taste except a hint of maple flavor...until I decided to use it to make cookies. I added baking powder, a little sweetener, eggbeaters, olive oil, vanilla extract, and water to the oatmeal mix and baked them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and out came 5 flavorful, crispy Maple Brown Sugar Cookies. This is definitely a winner and a great little sweet treat!

They are always lumpy however I eat it because it's quick and an oatmeal that is low in carbs.
