Once you try this as an alternative to salt, you might never go back! I love it! It gives a nice flavor to any food. I have added it to my olive oil-cilantro mashed potatoes. I have added it to penne pasta marinara. It is healthy as it has a lot of iodine, plus it tastes great!

Fabulous !!

I find the Kelp granules to be extremely delicious for a variety of dishes including soups, salads, stews, etc. The granule format makes them so versatile and easy to measure and add for application. The amount of nutrition packed into only a teaspoon is another added bonus! Thank you!
