Love this Laver

I found this product in Ward’s Grocery Store in Gainesville, Florida. After trying it once I picked up a bag nearly every two weeks ever since. I use this seaweed in my bone broth soup with a scoop of kim chee, shiitake mushrooms, and snap peas or sprouted mung beans. It has become a staple for me. Having recently moved to New Mexico, I have had to order some Maine Coast Laver online, but our local Food Co-op has agreed to bring this product into the store, so I expect I will once again be able to buy it locally again.

Great in stir-fry!

I enjoy this seaweed in my stir-fry. A little sesame oil plus onions plus carrots or daikon. Very tasty and nutritious.

Great quality

This laver is part of our regular diet. We live in CA and were getting bulk nori, but when that business retired, we were referred to Maine Coast and haven't been disappointed! It's super tasty, love it!
