is brewing now, had a taste test, added little more ginger to add flavour, but its yummy. close to what i remember as a kid, might add the lemon juice and see if that makes it the same. way nicer than Bundaberg and other store bought ginger beers :)

Awesome product. Very happy with my new ginger beer plant culture, it was happily bubbling away from the first brew. It tastes so good. Also received really great support and advice to help me get started with this brew.
