As a new convert to the benefits of yoga and meditation I found myself struggling to reap the mental and emotional benefits of these activities due to my poor flexibility. This is where this wonderful bench comes into play. In of itself, for me, it brings me right to the point of comfortable and uncomfortable pause. I have found wonderful success at utilizing the bench as a learning crutch or aid. Every time I sit on it it gets easier and easier and I can do it for longer and longer. I had my apprehensions when I first ordered this seat. I can now say after just a few weeks this has proven to be one of the best purchases I have made on my path to enlightenment and self discovery. On top of how helpful and comfortable the stool proves to be it is also beautiful. I have had compliments from every person that has seen it. And it is so well constructed that upon closer inspection it is impossible to not be impressed by the craftsmanship. The way it folds up into itself with the carry bag is so handy. I mean I have even taking mine on a camping trip. I wish I would of taken some photos that way I could of posted them here. In summary I am thrilled with my bench! I highly recommend it to one and all.
